If you can't find someone who's working at citibank, I suggest you start doing researching on the company and their position advertisement which usually lists the criteria  of selection. Can i ask what position it is? just curious :si131:si36:si11

Probably CSR? i am not sure now. i just went to the citibank to ask sth about their dual currency deposit and after a long talk，
the lady who talked to me seemed to have the  interest on me ,asking me if i wanna to join her team .And if i 'd like to,
i can send my CV to her , she wl pass it to HR.

wow sounds like it's likely you'll get the job since she's so interested in you. Do you have a lot of knowledge in the area? i don't have a clue what it is. hehe
Make sure you send/give your resume and cover letter to the lady and show her your gratitude. Since she's already interested in employing you. Don't worry too much about the interview. Just prepare some behavioural and career prospect questions. such as where do you see yourself in 5 years time. It is just my personal opinions. 仅供参考
