做生意申请A.B.N的问题,求助.

现在我正在申请一个A.B.N号, 就是做生意必须有的工商税号. 申请的时候要在回答一些相关问题, 有写问题我不太懂, 所以想请教大家, 帮我看看.

1. Does the applicant wish to apply for goods and service tax?

2.Is the applicant required to register for pay As you go (PAYG)    Withholdings?

3.Is the Entity a resident of Australia for tax purposes?

4. Does the Entity want to register or be endorsed for any of the following
         
                  。Energy grants credits scheme
                  。Fringe benefits tax
                  。 Luxury car tax
                  。Wine equalisation tax

这几个问题我也不知如何回答, 如果这里有做生意的朋友, 或者是会计的朋友也行, 总比我知道的多一些, 谢谢.

知道一点点，欢迎指正：
1。问你要不要注册GST。 一般都需要。（开店啊，做服务啊，都需要）
2。这个要不要注册PAYG。如果你需要雇人，就要注册这个，因为理论上你发工资给别人，每周需要把该交的税扣下来，交到ATO去，这个就是WITHHOLDINGS. 你注册了这个后，填那个BAS(BUSINESS ACTIVITY STATEMENT）的时候就会多一项了。
3。问你是不是澳洲税务公民（是不是这么翻？）你在澳洲，就是的。
4。这几项不太懂，一般的小生意好像都不需要。
