My cousin in Sydney is doing HSC soon, she has to apply through UAC: http://www.uac.edu.au/undergraduate/course-search/

But universities in other states, e.g Victoria are not listed here.

Is it possible to apply for a uni e.g Melbourne Univ, Monash, etc.?
