在glen waverley校区和非校区50万左右各能买什么样子的房子呀？
就象老西说的那样，50万左右在GWSC校区里面已经买不到比较舒服的3～4房的房子了:si147。
三角型校区之外的非校区，由于学校、设施，交通，环境等不同，差别也比较大。但50多万确实能买到条件较好的4房以上house了。
比方说下面这栋校区外的房子，位于警察学院旁边一条非常好的街区的高坡，距离公立Brentwood College很近，距私立Caulfield Grammar School也不太远。
1023平方米的全幅大地，位于小山坡的高处，地势高耸，可以远眺City景和一点湾景，后面背靠警察学院的大草地，视野非常开阔。两层砖瓦大屋，非常正气明亮。楼上四个房间，主人套房，双卫浴，楼下还有两个卫浴，一个书房，客厅，餐厅，厨房家庭厅和带卫浴独立进出的娱乐室（rumpus room ），双上锁自动车库。
开价：$54万+ 很快就卖掉了。
