1. Prepare and clear the site.
2. Construct footings/subfloor.
3. Construct floor.
4. Erect walls and roof structure.
5. Install roof covering and roof drainage.
6. Install Windows.
7. Install service pipes, wires, windows, etc.
8. Install external cladding, doors etc.
9. Install internal linings.
10. Install joinery and cabinets.
11. Apply finishing coverings (paint, tiles, carpets, etc.).
12. Install and connect service outlets/fixtures.
13. Clean up and move in. |
