Why not double confirm with your IT manager?

Communication is very important in your industry. Questions you can ask, but date hard to recover once you delete.

Do not worry too much. even locals will confirm many times with boss if  they are not sure something.

smoke看来的确有删除的意思。
1) to light up a rolled up cigarette or similar instrument, usually packed with drugs, then stick it in your mouth and inhale
2) the gray debris comes out of such an instrument or any other burning
