Base hourly rate is defined as TRP less minimum superannuation contributions payable monthly (after deduction of tax and other authorised deductions) by direct deposit to your nominated bank account(s).

Does base hourly rate include super or tax or anything else?

应该是说清楚的，比如30per hour+super or 30 per hour including super

Base hourly rate 是税后的薪水，它不是说： “(after deduction of tax and other authorised deductions)” ，你们是一个月发一次工资啊？咋跟中国一样了

Not really, they told me it doesn't include super. Super will be paid on top of this rate. But the tax is included.

Base hourly rate is your salary before tax, the employer would not care your after tax salary at all.
Super is based on your Base hourly rate, 9% in my salary.
Base pay + Super = Salary

Originally, I would receive the contract this week. Because of this and a few minor ones, they revised the document, and I might get it next Wednesday or next Thursday.

Contractors are not easy.
