June 2026 was the best monthly result yet for not only the Tesla Model Y in Australia, but also the Tesla brand itself.

Per data from the Electric Vehicle Council, Tesla delivered 8670 vehicles in June – well above its previous monthly record of 6433 set just a month prior in May, and almost double its June 2025 result (4589, an 88.9 per cent year-on-year increase).

The American electric vehicle (EV) brand is now sitting at 23,588 deliveries so far this year, up 66.7 per cent on the first half of 2025.

A total of 93 per cent of its June deliveries were of the Model Y, with 8072 reaching Australian buyers – up 133.5 per cent on June 2025. This was a record for the mid-size electric SUV, beating its previous record of 5605 deliveries in May, and it was bolstered by the introduction of the six-seat Model Y L.

新Y是真的好，所有大家说的手机就用苹果，电车就开特斯拉，火箭就坐spacex，真是没有错，因为你用这些品牌绝对不会踩雷。

澳洲纯电车整体销量的涨幅远高于特斯拉销量的涨幅，去年特斯拉在纯电车市场的占有率还有45%左右，上个月已经降到了27%。今年上半年，比亚迪的纯电销量比特斯拉高了20%以上。

Model Y目前还是5万以上纯电车的霸主，占据了大半壁江山，但是优势也在迅速缩小，比如Sealion 7的销量已经达到了Model Y的60%左右。

说实话，特斯拉在澳洲市场上卖不过比亚迪真是不应该。希望特斯拉在不断改进FSD的同时也能加快新车型的研发和新技术的应用，充分尊重消费者的需求，把360摄像头、前后驻车雷达和HUD加上（特粉不爱用可以不用），少搞点按钮转向灯和屏幕换挡之类的反人类设计。

现在纯电还是有个重大的认知缺失，就是上了10万刀的电车销量基本可以忽略不计。。。集中在中低端。这个领域不知什么时候才会突破
