Responsibilities: 1.Develop partnerships, alliances with enterprises in China to help the company grow 2.Establish productive relationships with the business units, understanding their businesses, and being familiar with their strategic objectives. 3.Provide leadership to cross-functional team (including sales, marketing, legal, finance, US HQ etc.) on transactions and business deals with Chinese entities (either private or government) 4.Work with external parties such as law firms, consulting firms, on lobbying, developing local business strategy Characteristics: •Fluent in Mandarin and working knowledge in English •Natural self starter; self-motivated, resourceful •Action oriented •Superior project management skills •Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills; active listening ability •Ability to represent the company effectively with external parties •Ability to build relationships inside and outside the company •Ability to exercise influence without authority •Superior work ethic; hard working, drive results to logical end •Unwavering personal integrity Ideal: •University or above degree from Top-local university, ideally in a technical area (computer science or electronic engineering).
