The final line of the estate agency's description of a home in London takes some beating: "It is important to note that the previous owners' last wishes were to be buried in this garden, which is where they both currently rest." Indeed, the husband and wife - she died a few years ago, he just recently - are both interred under a floral display in the garden, according to The Guardian. But agent Richard Porter said that the husband indicated before he died that he was happy for them to be moved if necessary in the future. Mr Porter said with no direct relatives still living, an exhumation licence should be easy for buyers to secure, adding that it would cost about $13,000. "Upon finding out about the bodies in the garden the majority of people we speak to don't seem to have a problem with it," he also told the Metro.
