The test started at 8:30am and finished at 2:00pm. (break time is flexible).It's called psychometric assessment, including 1.Character test: 318 questions unlimited time 2.Patterns test 15min  3.Numerical list 20min 4.Verbal test 25min 5. career choices unlimited time 6.Critical thinking/reasoning test about 70 questions unlimited time Tested by a third party ( it's a welknown job agency), test requested by my next employer. Part 1~5 was tested with computer Part 6 was originally time limited, however due to my job feature, it was adjusted to be unlimited time and tested with paper. Last Thursday, the manager of my potential employer said he is going to send the job offer to me. I should have received the job offer on this Monday. However I did not, I was informed on this Tuesday that I have to complete this test before getting my job offer. The potential employer will not get test result until tomorrow. The manager of the potential employer rang me right after the test.  I said I did my best. He comfort me that there's no difference for my job offer, the test result will be used to find my strength and weakness in order to improve my working performance.
