But photographing and advertising the contents of a dope factory? Buyers beware - these fittings are not included in the sale. The estate agent has since been instructed to remove the photograph which showed ducting, fans, planter tubs and organic remains in a house in Bristol. The two-bedroom house boasted being a "Victorian-style villa in need of refurbishment". While the property's yard, living area and picturesque terraced exteria took pride of place, interested parties clicking through the gallery were presented with the remains of the plant room - without caption. "Items shown in photographs are not included unless specifically mentioned within the sales particulars" the website warned. The estate agency told UK's International Business Times that the photo had been included because "the property took a while to clear". Police have removed the illicit equipment, but say nobody has yet been arrested. "When officers attend the site of a cannabis factory they take away the plants and any equipment that is needed for evidence,"Avon and Somerset police said. "If anything remains in the property that could be used for further illegal drugs cultivation it is damaged beyond repair." One neighbour commented: "There used to be a funny smell in my kitchen and I could not work out what it was. Then one morning I got a call and was told the police were outside the house." |
