9月7号投票日正好不在澳洲，我看了下AEC的介绍，好像不用强制投票，可以去附近的大使馆投票，但不投也可以，不会被罚款。但要提前填写Overseas Notification form发到个州的office。 I am unable to vote, what should I do? If you are unable to vote you should complete and submit an Overseas Notification form [PDF 55KB]. If you do not inform the AEC, we will write to you asking you to explain why you did not vote.
