BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION To take the technical leadership on new product development and launch on PRC market in order to support business growth continuously. 2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND EXPECTED END RESULT (What you do / How you do it / Why you do it) PERFORMANCE MEASURES (How you can tell you have done it) 1. Collaborate with Marketing/CI to develop and maintain the New product pipeline of total portfolio through the implementation of innovation skill/technical exploration. - New product Pipeline 2. Cooperate with Consumer Insight group and R&D sensory group to lead front-end NPD development. - Innovation chater 3. Drive the new product projects of each brand with other functions to meet the business target (capital, cost, time etc.) - PDR approval - Launch plan - CAR 4. Develop and adapt global and regional biscuit knowledge/technology into PRC R&D to support/facilitate NPD growth. - Global technical meetings - Industrial shows - Technology transfer 5. Support Manufacturing Business Development department for new process design/layout/commissioning occurred in NPD projects. - CAR - Manufacturing specification 6.
