办165时候费了许多功夫，目前好像有越来越多的人对165感兴趣，不过也貌似快要关门了？我把我当时查到的资料说下，供想办的人参考下。 Queensland-布里斯班 165条件： • they have a genuine commitment to work and live in Queensland • they have the financial capacity and a genuine commitment to engage in business or investment activities in Queensland • that Queensland can benefit economically from the proposed investment or business • they have sufficient net assets to settle in Queensland • they have a total of at least three years' experience of direct involvement in managing one or more qualifying businesses or eligible investments • for at least one of the five fiscal years immediately before the application is made they have maintained either: o direct involvement in either managing a qualifying business in which they (or they and their spouse together) had an ownership interest the business o direct involvement in managing their (or they and their spouse's combined) eligible investments, the total value of which was at least $750,000 • for the two fiscal years immediately before the application is made, the net value of their (or they and their spouse's) assets was at least $1,125,000 • they have demonstrated a high level of management skill in relation to an eligible investment or qualifying business activity • at the time of decision, they have made a Designated Investment of $750,000 • they are aged less than 55 years at time of application or are proposing to establish or participate in a business that the Queensland Government has determined is of exceptional economic benefit to Queensland • neither they or their spouse have a history of involvement in business or investment activities that are of a nature that is not generally acceptable in Australia • they have a realistic commitment to continue to maintain a business or investment activity in Australia after the designated investment has matured. 转893条件 • Provide evidence of an established residency in Queensland during the two year period immediately prior to application • Maintained an investment in the Queensland Treasury Corporation for a minimum of three years and nine months immediately prior to application • Have a genuine ongoing commitment to live and work in Queensland • Have the financial capacity and a genuine ongoing commitment to continue to engage in investment or business activities in Queensland |
