收到面试反馈了,失败了..... 给俺的interview feedback是: Communication skills could be an issue. He had a very strong accent and strange way of speaking in english. However, his vocabulary was fine and his explanations were also good and well structured.Technically the candidate was quite strong. 学了十几年英语,竟然是strong accent and strange way of speaking in english,晕死! 怎么想俺的音标发音学也是标准UK啊..回去第一次用录音机录下一段我说的英文,听一遍,果然是....惨不忍睹啊 发现问题如下: 1, 发音不流畅,感觉一个个音节象不连贯的,跳出来的 2, 辅音发声太重.... 3, 重音位置不对. TZ们,有没有好的提高发音的方法分享一下? |
