This morning i got one email from a manager worked with before. Quote: For 2 years in the * support team at *, she can't even support any application with confidence (she's very good at manipulating others, so someone else can do the work for her), weak in * …. and when discussing these problem with her, she blames it to the previous management for not giving her enough opportunities (or had an over-protective manager wanted to pay her top contract rate for doing/learning nothing). Decided to give her more opportunities to prove herself, but unforuntatley she couldn't step up to the challenge…feedbacks from manager of other areas were so poor, and I felt so embarrassed for given her the opportunity at the first place. Anyway, a final task was assigned to her during her last week at *, but she was 'SICK' for 2 days, and decided not to turn up to work on her last day, which really shown the ture colour of her professionalism.
