2台服务器A,B A是生产机，B是开发机 但B是A oracle 数据库的management server (偶压根就不懂这是干啥的） 现在出现一个问题，B无法启动management server服务 从services启动oracle8.1 mangement server失败 错误信息： oms.nohup: Error starting Oracle Management Server.
