Great opportunity to work in a permanent role with a leading Network provider in Sydney providing in house web based application support across the Asia Pacific to a varied user base. You will be responsible for providing day to day help desk support regarding the application features and functions of current and new sales related applications releases. Working in a team environment, you will also be required to contribute to a growing knowledge database for new and current versions of the sales applications. The required skills for this role are: - Being a team player with a winning spirit and attitude - Experience working in a Help Desk environment - Demonstrated leadership skills - High level support of a Web Based business application - High level of customer service skill required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to learn new applications quickly - Experience with Sales force support in previous position preferred - Some programming experience and application development experience preferred Required experience - At least 2-3 years experience working in a support environment - Project experience, as a team member and as the project owner - NT Server, Windows 95 literate - Proficient on IBM PCs - Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills required.
