It provides different types of services to many household names in Australia. Its services include but not limited to: inbound and outbound communication management, results processing and information management services. About the job: Your role as a credit controller will be to facilitate prompt payment of debt outstanding that resides on the NSW debtors ledger for general processing and postage. You will also be required to assist both internal and external clients with enquiries. Responsibilities: * Credit control for core business products and services. * Telephone collections. * Account reconciliation and consolidations. * Processing of cash receipts (daily banking). * Recording, coding and input of credit notes and journals. * Active participation and contributions to the implementation and ongoing improvement of company's quality systems. Essential requirements: * Advanced knowledge of accounts receivable. * Knowledge of accounts receivable computer systems. * Computer literacy. * Good written and verbal communications skills. * Spreadsheet and word processing literacy.
