Brief introduction of the company: Australian'number 1 CFD provider, the business involve FX , Shares , Index ,Commodities, treasure etc. Job title : customer service rep Some key requiremnts: language: Mandarin Cantonese English working experience: 1-2 year experience in financial group The job is a 24 hours shift role, you are required to do night shift. The Sydney office is the head office of Asia Pacific , therefore , the main customers you are facing is from mainland china /Hong Kong /Australia. The responsibilities include answering questions to client through phones/email/web chat according their account, the operation of software, and some general inquiries. Process daily transactions like deposit/withdraws/approve new account etc. Help clients with their IT problems.
