Now almost people in Australia already accepted this Japanese traditional food. How to make sushi? I think everybody who is present should be keen to know the answer of this question. Please take a look. It is the ingredients about six rolls sushi. That is mean if you like to make sushi, you should prepare these things firstly. 3 cups of flat Rice, 6 pieces of seaweed sheets, 1 avocado, some vegetable for example carrot or lettuce, salmon fish, and 1/2 tablespoon of salt, 1/2 cup of vinegar and 3 tablespoon of sugar. Then you already prepare these things, you should take carrot in microwave for 2 minutes and cut it thin and long. Avocado should be cut to the same shape. Get rid of the bone and skin of salmon fish and cut it long and thin. At the same time, you don’t forget cook the rice and wait until it cools. It is very key step, because the cool rice will keep the seaweeds crunch and good taste. When the rice is cool properly, you can add salt, vinegar, sugar into rice and mixed quickly. Ok, everything is done. Let me start to make sushi. Firstly, you should lay a seaweed sheet on top of the bamboo mat. Then put rice on the seaweed and press evenly with your hand. Put vegetable on it if you like you can add some mayonnaise. Now don't forget leave the edged of the seaweed clear of any rice or vegetables to moisten and stick to make a roll. Wrapping must be tight! Press lightly onto both sides of the sushi the roll is properly closed. Use your finger presser to shape the roll, cut them into 6-8 pieces. Then you can add sauce on wasabi as needed. Be careful! Too much wasabi will bring tears to your eyes! Don’t hesitate. Do it quickly. Enjoy DIY and catch lots of fun about the delicious sushi!
