Analyst Programmer North Ryde Permanent Position A unique opportunity exists for a motivated and talented individual to join the Information Services department at North Ryde, in the position of Analyst Programmer. In this position you will report to Subra Ganapathy, Manager Corporate Application Services. You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the CRM Solution tool, Visual ELK 9. You will also support and ensure its availability and functionality across the business. In this role you will be responsible for: · Liaising with technical staff and users in resolving problems · Liaising with the vendor (Stayin Front) on patches and technical issues · Ensuring system interfaces run smoothly and accurately · System Support and Enhancement activities include - · Investigating feasibility and impact of proposed enhancements · Obtaining and analysing user requirements · Developing solutions · Compiling test plans and execute accordingly · Compiling implementation plans and execute accordingly · Adhere to standards and QA procedures · Analyse reported problems and recommend areas requiring focus To be successful in this position you will need to have: · Minimum of 3 years experience with SQL 2000 Database, VB scripting, Java script and writing SQL-DTS packages. · Minimum of 12 months experience with client and server software installation and configuration and Panorama report writing. · Solid understanding of business process mapping · Strong analytical and problem solving skills · Excellent time management and prioritisation skills · Excellent written and verbal communication · Experience with StayinFront's Visual ELK 9 product will be highly regarded The person we seek will be a motivated team player with the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and adhering to standards.
