事先坦白:本人穿马甲上来的,因为问题比较敏感,不愿透露真实身份,请各位大侠不要妄加猜测![]() 背景: 我这份工作是中介给找的temp的,所以拿小时工资。当初签合同时有一条是加班的小时工资和正常工资一样,也就是加班没有1.5倍或几倍之说。 问题: 今天和同事闲聊,发现他们和我出自同一个中介,也做temp,可加班是每周前2个小时1.5倍,剩下的2倍!我于是写信去问中介,但没提我问了同事的事情,中介的答复是: The overtime rate is the same as the normal rate of pay as you get paid per hour no matter how many hours you work. That is why being on a temporary contract is good because you get paid for the hours you work, where as permanent people get paid for a set number of hours but don’t get paid any extra for working late! 靠!这不明摆着骗人嘛!那些转成permanent的同事一样都有1.5-2倍加班工资的!不明白为什么中介单单要骗我,还编出这么幼稚的一段理由! 各位朋友我接下来该怎么办啊? 请问这加班工资的rate有没有法律规定可以遵循呢?谢谢大家了!我现在很恼火,后果很严重。。。。。 |
