I got a job offer email from employer that they want to me working as contract so I must have my own company or intermediary entity solutions. The whole email as: We are interested in starting you next tursday for an initial 3 month contract at the rate of $XXX per day. Your role will be java developer to develop j2EE on hibernate. We expect that you will be working as a contractor so you must have your own company or else go through an intermediary like entity solutions. Please call me and we can talk. --------------------------------------------------- Anybody can help me explain what this means? IS this better than be a employee only?
