For the skylight leak Repoint the ridge caps above the skylight and seal the top flashing on the skylight. Please note that as the skylight is quite old we can not fully guarantee that there will be no more leak from this area. Replace broken tiles found on roof with new tiles. Supply owner with additional 5 spare tiles. For the kitchen leak Replace the lead flashing along the base of one side of the dormer and fix broken tile at the base of lead flashing and reseal |
