小白第一次买house， 房子是1960年代的老房子 看了卖家提供的pest & building report, 发现里面提到了major defect是松动的pier， 原文如下： Two of the Piers below the lounge room are loose and can be pushed by hand providing little support to the structure. These piers need to be secured around the base and repacked to adequately support the bearer. Contact a licensed bricklayer for repairs. While this is a simple repair failure to act can cause deterioration of the flooring elements and levels. 休息室下方的两个桥墩松动，用手推即可，但对结构几乎没有支撑力。这些桥墩需要固定在底座周围，并重新打包，以便为承重者提供足够的支撑。请联系持证砌砖工进行维修。虽然这只是一个简单的维修，但如果不采取措施，可能会导致地板构件和地板水平面损坏。 请问这是不是大家经常说的地基沉降问题？ 修起来麻烦吗以及成本如何？ 是要先修排水还是把房子下面的通风搞好？ 感觉这个报告就提到了这一个major还是避重就轻的说的，毕竟是卖家出钱为了卖房子弄的。 看了一下之前论坛里面的帖子发现好像是个大问题，请大家帮忙分析看看，这房子值不值得买，任何建议都可以！ 感谢！  |
