我在买房子看Section 32的时候，看到下面两个Special Condition，不知道有什么问题？ 1. For the purpose of general condition 23, the expression "periodic outgoings" does not include any amounts to which section 10G of the Sale of Land Act 1962 applies. 2. General condition 28 does not apply to any amounts to which section 10G or 10H of the Sale of Land Act 1962 applies. 我的理解是在计算adjustment的时候不用考虑land tax，vendor不能强迫我付land tax，vendor也没必要向我disclose land tax。貌似好像保护buyer。想不通为什么会加这两个special condition保护buyer？ |
