墨尔本作为租客，今天review和sign condition report，发现里面的Information Regarding Safety部分，所有项目（smoker detector，electrical safety, gas safety）的last check date填的都是N/A，这会有问题吗？一般是缺省房东都得做好，还是只有租客要求了才需要做？ 如果condition report里这些项目都写着N/A，然后我又签字了，是不是代表着我认可不需要这些safety check? 谢谢！ |
