有个投资房，最早和租客签了一年合同，期满后租客就一直接着住，没继续签合同了，也就是Periodic agreement。现在我把自住的房子卖了，要搬回那个投资房去住，中介给了现在租客90天搬出通知。但是有人跟我说，如果我卖了现在的房要搬回去住只需要给租客30天。我打电话给FAIR TRADING询问，他们让我看网站，网站是这么说的 Periodic agreement If the landlord has entered into a contract for sale that requires them to give vacant possession to the buyer, they can give you a 30 day termination notice. 我的理解是上述特指卖掉的出租房而已，我卖掉的自住房需要搬回出租房应该不适用这一条。有没有大神指点一下？ |
