现在在最后的reference check 猎头说对方给了verbal offer。部门我也不知道具体哪个 只知道我report给head of digital analytics 主要想咨询一下Seek的 1)文化人际关系（网上评分挺高） 2）工作量 3）fully remote的政策的可持续性 第三点是因为面试的时候和我说是可以fully remote 一个季度回去办公室一次 机票住宿公司报销https://www.seek.com.au/about/news/flexibility-at-seek 我现在在墨尔本 之后就计划借这个工作搬家到黄金海岸去了 但是突然想到。。万一我搬家了过几年他们说这个fully remote的flexible working arrangements没了怎么办。。。 这种条款也不会写进offer合同吧？ |
