想问一下足迹大神们 投资房的Land tax一下子收到18,19,20三张assessment需要支付的钱 如果这个月已经一次性支付了的话 那么这三张已付款项是分别对应到相应的2017-2018,2018-2019,2019-2020年的退税么？ 还是全部对应到今年我支付的2019-2020的退税里？ 看到ATO网站里描述的‘When you receive land tax assessments in arrears, the amount of land tax is not deductible in the income year in which you pay the arrears. The land tax amounts are deductible in the respective income years to which the liability for the land tax relates.’ 好像是分别对应到相应的年份，那么如果之前已经做了退税的话 只要在之前的退税里AMEND就行了吗？ 万分感谢！！ |
