刚面试回来，谈谈情况： 今天面试官不是三个人，而是两个人，一个是原来的Customs manager,一个是另一个customs broker.先是和customs manager闲聊了一会儿。等第二个customs broker过来 问了一些问题： 1.Do you have any questions? 2.How do you cope with stress, like when you need adapt to new system, there will have some problems, You will feel frustrated. How to cope with it. 3.We need referees. (my resume about referees is "available upon request“.) so i gave them today . 4.do you like in more structural company or company full with paper everywhere. (what kind of environment you like) 5.Do you like work in big company or small company? 6.How many people in your previous company. 7.Will you fit with our company. 8.you still contact with your classmates? they all work in customs brokerage except you? 9.Which area you are good at classifying? He told me that their job actually not have a lot of classifying. Manager said although the job's content not change a lot, there are still small changes. 10.Manager said if i am successful this position, he will offer that next early week. 11. which company have you been for interview before. 12. Say goodbye,nice to meet you etc. 回答不大好，但也不紧张，回来总觉得有些地方回答不对。不过结果呢听天由命了。还得继续发简历。 |
