现在在弄的一个project assignment（any new product），未来十年的project period（2006-2016），本人实在缺乏-阿康庭-概念，故将困惑贴出，求高人指点阿！ 要求： You have provided a good financial analysis with relevant sensitivity considerations. Critical assumptions for cash flow are highlighted and applied numerical data are properly sourced and reference. All significant worth indicators derived from DCF model are highlighted and critically discussed. 导师要求将三个参数变化后再分析 1. NPV@10% 2. IRR 3.
