Technical Sales Support in House. Plasmatronics requires a full time Chinese speaking Sales Support Person to work in the office supporting a Sales Engineer who will be on the road some of the time. The job includes answering emails and phone calls, preparing quotes, general office and secretarial work and relating to suppliers and customers in a busy small manufacturing environment. You will be required to maintain a professional relationship with customers and process routine orders but will not be expected to set prices or close sales. Experience with sales or sales support of technical products, especially electronics or solar products would be a significant advantage. Technical qualifications especially in electronics would also be an advantage. Good spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese is essential. Salary approximately $37,000 PA plus superannuation depending on experience and qualifications. Please apply in both English and Chinese.
