父母移民问题

PR未住满2年是否可以先递交父母移民申请,排着队,然后满2年后递交一份补充说明呢?

Yes, you can. I have done that already.  The case normally takes 12-18 mths to be allocated to the case officer, by the time....wish you good luck.

谢谢楼上 那这样的话大家不就可以现在就申请排队了 不用等满2年在提交申请了

iitlk, I rang IMMI about this issue when I lodged my parents application form about a year ago, and I told the officer that I was an international student lived in AU for 3 years before I became PR, therefore, that 3 years should be considered "RESIDENT" in Australia.  The officer checked with someone then told me "YES".

那拿PR之前呆在澳大利亚日子留学也算进去咯？还是有很多人说拿了PR呆满2年才能申请，我刚开始研究 什么也不懂哦，哪里有条款可以去参考的，请大家帮帮忙相互探讨一下吧！其实都是希望能早点申请就早点申请的，父母移民以后还有很多东西要研究， 一听到等10年呀，交8万呀，头都是晕的。

申请父母移民签证应符合以下条件：

您必须是澳大利亚公民，澳大利亚永久居民或合资格的新西兰公民的父母。
您的子女必须定居在澳大利亚（多数情况下，至少居住满两年）并且是您担保人。
您必须通过家庭成员均衡比例测试——您至少有一半数的子女长久地居住在澳大利亚或您的子女中居住在澳大利亚的比居住在其他国家的要多。
您必须符合有关的健康和品行要求。
若您打算申请任何“年老”类别签证，您必须满足作为一"年老"父母的条件（请参阅《父母类移民手册》）。


看了一下条款和轻舞同学的CASE    觉得应该能申请了 。 只要本人是PR了  如果拿PR之前已经在澳大利亚累计呆了2年就可以开始申请了，因为满足居住2年的条件 ，比如留学生之类。并不一定非要拿了PR再等2年 除非拿PR以前没在澳大利亚呆过， 不对的地方大家提出来啊！

Hehe, I am not proud of what I have done. It might be a bit tricky.  But all I can say is:  different people read the same bible get different feeling.

So...I read "line by line"...

您必须是澳大利亚公民，...which I AM;
您的子女必须定居在澳大利亚（多数情况下，至少居住满两年....which I DID;
