求助：对方司机不承认错误，该如何？

事故回顾：今天5：52pm 左右，在MILL POND ROAD，BOTANY上，有三条道可以左转，其中两条LEFT TURN ONLY,最外面一条道可左转可右转，我在最外面那条可左转也可以右转的道上，然后我旁边的一条道上（left turn only）的一辆印度籍出租车要强行变到我这一道，然后他要右转，于是他的右边的观后镜我把车子左边后面乘客的那个门给撞了，撞掉了一道油漆，然后有点变形了。但是事情发生后，该司机拒绝承认是自己的错误。我第一次遇到这种情况，不知道该怎么办，只觉得很无助，只留下了对方的驾照信息，没有人证，也没有拍照，回来跟NRMA打电话，对方说要我把车明天拿到他们那里去看，然后评估。因为我什么证据都没有，对方如果说谎怎么办？如果事故重演，我当时正确的做法应该是怎么样子的？

放心，保险公司会替你出头的。

把事情经过简单描述文字描述一下，画个图，标明你的位置和对方的位置，特别画出来他所处位置是LEFT TURN ONLY。保险公司一看就明白的。

加一句，当时你就不应该和他废话，拿他驾照抄下所有信息，记录车牌号，最好找个证人，然后走人报保险。

你当时就应该找后面最近的一辆车，让他作个证，只证明你们静止状态下每辆车所处的位置就OK。没拍照也无所谓，只要告诉保险公司基本情况：时间、地点、双方车辆位置、对方的驾照信息。。。很简单。

大牛哥，那我当时应该报警吗？我朋友说应该找警察的？我是把他驾照上面的所有信息都抄下来了，车牌号是我靠脑子记的，还是借他的笔抄的驾照信息，今天正好包包里面没有笔，抄的时候手都在抖。因为当时很害怕也很气愤。

那我们就应该把车子停在马路中央，然后等警察来吗？如果我们把车子移到旁边去了那是不是就没有证据来。我现在就怕那个印度人说谎。。。。。。虽然不希望有下一次，但是我觉得肯定有下一次的，希望知道如何才是正确的做法。

如果你是全保，你就不用再管他了，保险公司会对付他的。当时报警没用的，警察既不会来也不会管，除非你当时叫急救车来，警察才会来。

我是全保，新车，刚买半年，然后保险公司就直接说要我把车子拿去看，帮我修，然后给对方发BILL。我怕对方拒不承认，最后闹来闹去，又把BILL寄到我的头上了。

放心吧，车辆评估人员会根据撞伤的部位分辨谁是谁非的！ 证据是不会自己长脚跑掉的！

全保就更不用担心了，保险公司都不是吃闲饭的，哪是想赖就能赖的，MM表产前焦虑哈~

下次长个心眼，别跟对方理论，阿三有几个老实认错的。该要的信息都要来，拍照，尽量找个证人，然后开车走人就好了，你没必要和他争论对错的。

看着大家说的，我心里稍微好受了一些了，我开了半年，都是小心翼翼的，每次停车都叫老公先下车帮我看着，如果我一个人，宁可走远一点我也不会独自做REVERSE PARKING，结果今天被那个印度的士给刮了那么大一条黑印子，车门上面还被撞变形了。我会更新给大家，告诉大家事情的结果。希望很快吧！

你既然怀孕了，当时就应该马上报警，就说发生车祸后心跳加快感觉不适。对这种欺软怕硬的家伙，绝对不能对他们客气。

把实际情况说了，保险公司才决定谁错的，不是你们自己说了算的。

实际情况也是我们自己说的，要是一个人说一个故事，咋办？保险公司跟我说的和前面几位说的差不多，说是通过双方的车辆受损程度和事故描述可以决定。但是我也没有经验，不知道会不会修了之后，又说该我付钱。

其实你应该报警的。有一次我朋友就撞到停车场的柱子上，后来他们都叫他报警，就是打个电话留案的。
算了，最坏的打算也就自己出个access fee啦。

• Stop immediately.
• Use headlights, indicator lights or hazard lights to warn other drivers, and to light up the scene if it is dark.

Check for injured people

• Check for unconscious people.
• Don't move anyone unless they are in immediate danger or require first aid.
• Support broken limbs, and be careful not to twist the neck or back, if someone has to be moved.
• Lift the visor of a helmet wearer, but do not remove the helmet unless the person is vomiting or has stopped breathing.
• When removing a helmet, have one person support the head and neck while another gently lifts the helmet off from the back.

Make the crash scene as safe as possibleWatch out for your own safety, as well as that of others, after an accident has occurred and lookout for vehicles still using the road.

• Post other people around the accident to keep traffic away.
• Use headlights, indicator lights and hazard lights to warn other drivers (particularly at night).
• Keep well clear if power lines are down and touching the damaged vehicles, or flammable goods are involved.
• Ensure the motors of the vehicles involved are switched off.
• Ensure there is no smoking at the scene of the accident.

All Emergency services can be contacted by dialling 000.

Information which should be provided when making the call includes:

• location of the accident
• number injured and nature of injury
• number trapped
• whether emergency vehicles will be required at the scene

Help the injuredBecause most accident victims choke to death rather than die from their injuries, follow the DRABC of lifesaving.
Danger:

• Check for any dangers to yourself, the injured or others, especially from vehicles still using the road
• If possible reduce or remove the danger, but do not put yourself at risk

Response:

• Check if the casualty is conscious
• If the casualty is not conscious check the airway and send someone to ring 000 (some mobiles may require dialling 112 instead) for help
• If the casualty is conscious manage any bleeding and send someone to ring 000 (some mobiles may require dialling 112 instead) for help

Airways:

• Turn the victim onto their side
• Tilt the head back.
• Point the face to the ground
• Clear the mouth with fingers
• Check for breathing

Breathing:

• If casualty is not breathing start expired air resuscitation (EAR)
• If breathing returns place in the recovery position
• If breathing doesn't return feel for pulse

Circulation:

• Check for a pulse on the neck (carotid pulse)
• If pulse is absent begin CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
• If pulse returns continue EAR until breathing resumes
• If breathing returns check for bleeding
• Don't use tourniquets.
• Apply direct pressure to the wound to stop bleeding.
• Avoid contact between the victim's blood and broken parts of your skin.

Never give accident victims food or drink.

本来昨天订好今天去评估车的，后来同事跟我说那个地方太远了，然后我的车现在还可以开，所以不用慌这一两天。她以前也在NRMA里面做过，离我们公司很近的一个地方有一个服务中心。所以就改到下个礼拜一去了，她还说她礼拜一跟我一起去，要我不要太担心。本来一大早就来还白条的，但是不知道为什么我今天还是0分可用。

我保险的ACCESS FEE是$1000，其实我昨天很害怕就是哪个司机耍花样，然后最后账单还是要我来付。后来想开了，错不在我，我就不应该害怕，昨天老公跟我说：其实车子都是小事，我和宝宝没有事情才是万幸。所以我就跟那个印度司机据理力争到底了，最糟糕的，就$1000了。但是绝对不能轻易放过那个人，昨天的那付嘴脸太可恶了。

即时有全保，也涉及谁对错要不要支付excess的问题。对方不认为自己错，就打000，当时就会问你有没有人受伤，对事故能否达成一致意见。

即时对方认错，最保险的办法是当场拿张纸画个图，让他写清楚是他的错，签名。有人就是事后耍赖的。当然有个第三方证人就最好了，但可遇不可求。

可以暂时开。 但如果水温表升到最后三个格的话要立即停止驾驶，否则会烧坏发动机。
有时双方说不清责任的话是各付一半excess.

谢谢提醒。我的车子是左边后座乘客的门被他右边的观后镜擂了，应该不会影响到性能问题吧。一条黑色的长印子，然后门有点凹进去了。因为是新车所以很心疼。到时候我会告诉大家我的保险公司到底怎么处理的。如果真的像他们昨天电话里面说的他们会搞定一切，那我还真的觉得这个保险买的很值了。就像前面很多人说的，毕竟我没有拍照，也没有人证，也没有叫警察，都是我一个人在说的。这样他们都能够搞定，那我要好好在我周围宣传一下保险的好处了。

对的，我现在就是希望搜集更多的信息，知道以后会怎么应对。其实我以前有想到过如果我发生交通事故该怎么办，然后大概问了一下我的同事和朋友。他们说的是：有人受伤或者车子要拖走了警察才会来，然后人证，一般没有多少人愿意卷入这种事情，记下驾照信息然后保险公司自然会解决，他们就是干这个的。但是这种事情，总觉得不是很吉利的东西，所以没有花过多的精力去研究应对，总觉得自己开车慢点小心点就好 了。现在真的轮到了，我就真的只知道记下驾照信息，连车牌都是后来靠脑子记的。看来还是功课要做足，有些东西不是逃避就不会发生的。
