Tuition Fee

I just confuse that i am a international student. and i currenting studying in UWS. but i found that the unitslist is different from what i saw in educaton agency. UWS change the almost unit in 2006. i found it was hard to study there. so i decide to withdraw unit before the census day and apply for the other university. but the porblem is the international officer said that if i didn't studying this university what them to do is just give you 50% of tuition fee. I am so shock and i think that is impossible cause i withdraw before the census day. they said the census day is only for domestic student. I am so angry and they  charge me nerely 5000 dollar. it's plenty of money for me i don't know how to do it? does anyone give me so ideas. Thanks in advance

我不知道你学校的情况，我学校是这样的，本地学生的申请阿，转系阿，退学阿在一层，国际学生的在另一层，互相不搭嘎的

就是说如果你读了一年后，如果拿到任意一个澳洲大学更高的学位，你付的tuition fee可以退回来

i just finished becholer degree in Tas university about 1 year and half and apply for UWS for Master degree. so is that possible to get the full tuition back?
also, one of my friend told me that if you have a direct relationship who are OZ citizen or pr then the univeristy you apply will give you a discount. is that ture?

no you misunderstanding what i mean. i finished bacholer degree in Tas univeristy. and apply for master in UWS in sydney

There is a policy in this university  is " withdraw the unit before the census day without financial penalty". But they said the census day is only for domestic student. is that ture?
