*Software Developer Manager: (北京)*
*Responsibility:*
the position just for own and drive technical projects and provide
leadership for a group of 6-10 engineers in an innovative and fast-paced
environment. The applicant will manage and lead team of software
engineers for design and development of service-oriented e-commerce
applications. The applicant will participate in the overall planning,
execution, and success of complex cross-functional team projects.
Capable of working closely with product management to ensure we're
building the best products. Actively participate in recruitment of
candidates for technical positions, and mentor junior technical staff.
Our interview process will emphasize technical skills and management /
organizational skills equally.
This job provides opportunity to work with our global development teams.
* Summary of Qualification:*
* Excellent communication ability is a must. English fluency is
strongly desired.
* Strong leader capable of motivating and energizing the very best
software engineers, as well as gaining their respect. Ability to
manage a team of 6-10 software engineers, including task planning
and code reviews.
* Demonstrated expertise in problem solving and technical innovation
capable of "rolling-up sleeves and getting hands dirty."
* Proven ability to share knowledge with more junior team members
via a formal mentoring relationship, reviewing code, reviewing
design docs, giving technical talks, teaching classes, or as a
consultant on projects.
* Development experience in C++, Java and object oriented design and
development with service-oriented architecture is required.
Working experience with UNIX/Linux is a plus.
* 5-10 years experience (including time working towards advanced
degrees and/or experience).
* CS degree strongly preferred.
