一个是accounts receivable,一个是accounts payable.（悉尼）

公司是物流公司，客户太多，会计人员很忙，人手又少，所以好像人员流动性比较大。

I am working in a logistics company now in Sydney too... I used to work in Expeditor's Intl Shanghai office. It is quite a good company!

They need one for payable, one for receivable.

Accounts Payable Clerk

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Review and audit of vendor invoices
• Match amounts in proprietary A/P system to vendor invoices
• Issue checks to vendors
• Reconcile and resolve problem invoices and monthly vendor reconciliation
• Build key relationships with vendors in order to quickly resolve invoice issues
• File, retrieve and research information as needed
• Date stamp and distribute A/P mail
• Support Accounting Department with miscellaneous projects and assignments

Experience
• Type minimum 35 WPM
• Need excellent communication, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills

Accounts Receivable Clerk

Major duties and responsibilities of an Accounts Receivable Representative:
• To call on business to business accounts
• Working with time sensitive information
• Maintaining detailed records and following up with customers will be a large part of your daily work

Major requirements of the position:
• experience of accounts receivable/collections
• Must have solid intermediate level Excel skills
• Good data entry, computer skills, and the ability to type 35 wpm
• Ability to multi task and effectively prioritize a demanding workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An aptitude for math
