[NSW] PTA邮寄丢了更换起来竟然如此麻烦 [复制链接]

最近遇到个奇葩事，连续寄了两个PTA等了3周不见踪影

咨询了FR以后获得了以下的comment

You will need to wait at least four weeks from the issued date before requesting a replacement

Should this not be received after 4 weeks, to request a replacement PTA you will need to complete a statutory declaration (attached below). You must include your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mailing address (if different to residential), firearms licence number and you have had no change to your details but have not received your permit.

This declaration must be witnessed by one of the following:

Justice of the Peace (JP)

Serving Police Officer

Solicitor

Member of the Court.

Once we receive your completed declaration, we can process a replacement permit. This request must be received before the existing PTA expires.
