关于Discount Cash Flow的accounting的问题

现在在弄的一个project assignment（any new product），未来十年的project period（2006-2016），本人实在缺乏-阿康庭-概念，故将困惑贴出，求高人指点阿！

要求： You have provided a good financial analysis with relevant sensitivity considerations. Critical assumptions for cash flow are highlighted and applied numerical data are properly sourced and reference. All significant worth indicators derived from DCF model are highlighted and critically discussed.

导师要求将三个参数变化后再分析
1. NPV@10%
2. IRR
3. FMRR

那我就是变化那个basic的revnue,operating cost和capital cost--〉再generate新的NPV,IRR,FMRR吗--〉再进行sensitivity analysis?
如果不对，否则如何变呢？不解。。。。

The question is not very clear. In my opinions, u might set the discount rate as 5%, 10% and 15% respectly, then calculate the NPV, IRR and FMRR. No need to change the basic data (revenue and cost). BTW, what does the FMRR mean?

1.adjust your discount rate, like allex1031 mentioned( use 5% or 10% whatever...).you can compare normal case, worse case with your baisc requirements

2. Use Certainty-equivalent factor to adjust your cash flow.Adjusts the risks cash flows to certain cash flow by using certainty equivalent factor [Risk cash flow x certainty equivalent factor = certain factor]


that's enough for sensitity analysis.if you are still confused, go to the library find Financial management, refer to the chapter talking about capital budgeting.
