Car accident happened May 2013.
2. May 2013
Coles Insurance has been informed of this incident. $1000 has been paid to Coles Insurance .
3. Dec 2013
Coles Insurance informed that no one had made any claim. $1000 check was refunded to me.
4. June 2014
I have received an email that third part sent a claim to Coles Insurance. I have paid $1000 again to Coles Insurance.
5. August 2014
I received a statement of claim letter from court, which asked for more than $2000. This letter has been forwarded to Tina LaBarbera, Claims Specialist, Affinity & Direct, Coles Insurance via email immediately.
6. Oct 2014
I have received a letter from Martin P Board & Associates. The claim has still not been resolved and judgment was entered against you on 26 Sep 2014. An application has been made for the issue of a writ against
your property. This letter has been sent to Tina LaBarbera, Claims Specialist, Affinity & Direct via email Immediately. Coles Insurance replied that solicitors would deal with this matter on their behalf.
7. Nov 2014
I have received the third letter from Sheriff of New South Wales. The Local Court at Sydney has issue a Writ for levy of Property for enforcement against you, in respect of an unpaid Judgment Debt owing to Kiran Grewal.
The order authorizes Officers from the Sutherland Sheriff's Office to attend your address to obtain payment or to seize and sell your property to satisfy the outstanding amounts.
8. 07/11/14
Contacted Coles again to forward the third letter to rasettlements@wesfarmersinsurance.com.au. It has been advised that I should be contacted by Coles Insurance Lawyer very soon.
I have contacted Third Party Lawyer and I have been advised that no payment has been made since last year.
9. 07/11/14
Coles Lawyer has adivised that this claim should be taken care of by himself. Sheriff has been conatcted by lawyer and no further action will be taken for 7 days. Lawyer will discuss with Coles to finalise this matter next Monday.
Email has been sent to third part lawyer to inform him/her of the Coles lawyer contact details. |
