最后从albany35改到了nevada35,base price比albany的还要便宜了$2k。。。然后过了几天收到nigel的比原来的quote贵了$1.2k的fixed package quote。主要是site cost,council和developer requirement这些比原来的quote要高了。。。

悲剧的developer requirements。。。不太清楚所谓的recycled water是什么样的water。。
更悲剧的是光site cost就$16k了,我跟sales complain太高了,直接复制email吧:
A: 'ok, to be honest I'm shocked looking at this price. Could you give me a copy of the soil test?'
N: 'We definitely can as soon as it comes in. You can choose to treat it as an order job instead of a fixed package job also. Can I ask what you were hoping the costs to come out at? Just so I can give some feedback to the house and land department.'
A: 'I have been told by the developer that they'll be doing all the benching, cut&fill, retaining wall and other works etc, the land will come in flat. My expectation would be around the $10K mark and maybe $1-2K more but definitely not $16K. Please keep me updated.'
N: 'I have checked up with the team and I have an answer. As the block is excavated and compacted they have added 9k worth of piers to the site costs. The issue they have is if the fill is engineered correctly or not. As we have no documentation on this they have to assume the worst. However if you were to treat this as an order job as opposed to fixed then there is potential for a site costs of 6-7k.
I also checked up on the rescode windows and they need to be obscured. If tinted they may not get ticked off for a permit by council as you can still see through them.'
看来site cost还是有机会可以降低的。。。上天保佑australand does a good job吧。。
