周一cold flow 的sales给我电话了,说refund没有问题,所以我就等啊等啊等,结果今天还没个结果。
我问了sales要不要我的account的信息,sales说不用,钱会打回我付钱的帐户,这个算不算诡异的情况呢?
同时发信问了fair trading,这种问题怎么办,今天也收到了回信
If goods or services are not provided, the consumer should receive a refund.
If a service has been partially provided, the consumer may receive a part refund.
Under the current Australian Consumer Law implemented on January 1st 2011 consumers are covered for the following service guarantees;
1.That services are provided with due care and skill.
2.That services will be fit for their specified purpose.
3.That services will be completed within a reasonable time (when no time is set).
If one or more of these guarantees are not met, you are entitled to a 'remedy' - that is, the business has to put right the fault, deficiency or failure. Depending on the circumstances, this may take the form of a refund, repair, replacement or compensation equivalent to the drop in value of the product.
If you are unsatisfied with the trader’s response you are welcome to lodge a complaint with this office.
我这也算是没事找事做了,有一损友一直说我,装什么暖气阿,39块买个电热毯披上就好了,什么麻烦都没有。
今年肯定是就不打算装了,等到refund回来再book其他家来,觉得今年冬天都要过了。哎,都是折腾。
提醒一下大家,不仅仅是装heater,给deposit之前,一定要做好充分的心理准备阿,不过我的几个quoto之中,只有coldflow要求先给百分之二十的deposit再来装,其他的几个公司都是装好之后给的。
