Rayman Li
I hired this plumbing company for a clogged drain issue. They came to my property, spent literally 5 minutes flushing the pipe and 1 minute inspecting with a camera, then charged me $850. They insisted the entire pipe was damaged and required major repairs, demanding a deposit for the full replacement work ($5220).
The very next day, the drain unclogged completely on its own, and it has been working perfectly fine for two days now with no issues at all. I reached out to cancel the unnecessary repair job and requested a refund of the deposit I paid, but their plumbers refused to give any money back outright with no valid reasoning. They clearly tried to upsell unnecessary expensive repairs after doing almost no real work, overcharged heavily for minimal service, and refuse to take responsibility or refund the deposit when their diagnosis was completely wrong. This company is untrustworthy and predatory, I strongly advise everyone to avoid them at all costs to avoid being ripped off.

Hi Rayman, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
When our technician attended, the drain was overflowing and a full assessment was carried out on site. Before any works commenced, a price was provided for a jet blast and CCTV inspection, which you approved. Following these works, it was identified that the gully trap was full of tree roots and a quote was provided for its replacement as a long term solution.
While the drain may have been flowing temporarily following the jet blasting, this does not resolve the underlying issue, which is why a repair quote was provided to address the root cause.
The recommended works were booked in to be completed 48 hours after the initial attendance. On the morning of the scheduled works, while our technicians were already en route to site, we were contacted and asked to hold off on the job for a further week, which impacted the schedules of two of our technicians for the day. Later that afternoon, we were then advised that you wished to terminate the works altogether.
We understand circumstances can change, however last-minute cancellations while technicians are already in transit do have a direct impact on scheduling and other customers.
We are currently reviewing the matter, if you have any further questions please contact our office via email.
Kind regards,
