这件事情清楚的表明，这不是什么道德灰色地带，而且明确的违法了。

这事情在华人社区的道德认知里面就不是黑白分明的，同样有缴税，还有最低工资问题。

Many of the articles in this Wechat site are misleading by distorting the true facts. Professor Dayang Wang's actions did not result in he or his wife avoiding payment of a small speeding fine. He paid the fine wthin the required time. He did not forge or fake any document or signature. What he did was to falsely state in a legal document the name of the driver of his car on that occasion. Under Australian Law a system of drivers licence demerit points apply for minor breach of speading offences which could result in loss of drivers licence for repeat offenders. He did not abuse his position as University Professor in obtaining the name and particulars of the Chinese student. He later told the truth to investigators. He is not on trial in the Court. He immediately admitted his wrongdoing to the Court and will ultimately have to face a penalty for his actions. He has apologised for what he did.
微信上出现的这些关于汪大洋教授的文章是属于严重误导事实，扭曲真相。汪教授的行事并不是为了避免他和他妻子的小额罚款，他们在当时就及时地付过罚款。他根本没有伪造任何文件和任何签名。他做的是在法律文件陈述中用了他人的名字作为驾驶他名下车的司机。根据澳大利亚法律驾驶执照系统，扣分制度使用于轻微违章的行为，重复犯规可能导致违规者丧失驾驶执照。  他从来没有滥用他作为大学教授的职位去获得中国学生的名字和详细资料。 他对调查人员坦诚相告。 他并没有在法院受审。 他立即向法院承认了他的错误并面对处罚。 他已经对他的行为道歉。

冒名顶替属于什么性质的问题？这和弄虚作假没区别吧。交不交那二百块钱都是小事，哪怕一直拖着也不是大事，但用替身是大事！
