as i said before ...as evidenced by the first acquisition of the Spanish cafe ..forward integration......it's the first step to reduce buyers' power by gaining strategic control over its VC........ After this event, Lav became one of their buyers' competitors. So sort of reduce the buyer's bargaining power as to things like pricing since buyers cannot demand or be fussy as much since Lav dun reply on the buyer as much... |
