Adstream, the Global Digital Media Exchange, has a rare opportunity for a Personal Assistant/Administrator with a high level of energy and enthusiasm to join its vibrant Software Development Team.
You will be responsible for;
PA & Administration Duties to Head of Department and other Managers, including:
- Diary Management;
- Travel and accommodation organization;
- Assisting workload planning;
- Correlation of reports
- Assisting with H/R duties
- Preparation of outgoing communications and documentation
- Event Organisation
- Management of protocol and organisation/support of visits by external parties as requested
- Finalising Meeting agendas and typing up of minutes from meetings.
- Some Reception Duties.
- Placing and Managing Job advertisements and assisting Managers in the hiring processes.
You should have;
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to grasp the basics of unfamiliar information especially with regard to Software Development.
- An interest in the dynamic and growing advertising and media industries.
