这个也许您是对的，2015年在Dandenong因工作原因呆过一年，其中还参加过晚上政府搞得一个免费得TAFE班， 至少那一年白天晚上火车站和TAFE学校附近游荡得黑人居多，尤其晚上，凑上来的多黑人兄弟， 当然很有可能最近几年完全变了， 偶还停留在老黄历上。至于治安，哪怕华人区治安差，其实这已经不是华人区的问题，工党下的维州，犯罪成本为零， 警察叔叔也没辙，抓了就放。但是既然大家都数据说话，Dandenong还是遥遥领先。
而且人口种族构成和种族犯罪比例并非线性。这几年光维州政府公开报道的当然不肯能那些大砍刀的gangster和thug都是黑黑，但黑黑是大多数。。。。。。虽然黑黑人口比例占维州还极小。。。。。。
